CJ’s HighMarks
is a casual dining restaurant with that comfortable “small town” feel. Throughout our “small town”, there are memorabilia from the community and schools in the surrounding area…old
diplomas, trophies, local artifacts, plaques, jerseys, pictures of local people and events, flags, pendants…all of
which help personalize the restaurant to the home town it serves. CJ’s
HighMarks is derived from the owner’s philosophy of having only the highest marks in quality food and service.
We are often asked why our food tastes so good. The
majority of our competitors serve a frozen product warmed up. CJ’s
HighMarks uses only the finest and freshest ingredients and prepares each recipe by hand. CJ’s batters and dips each breaded item by hand, no gooey thickness here. CJ’s hand-cuts its vegetables and hand-carves its meats for all soups and entrées. Our rich brown gravy is made with our own pot roast drippings! And
we serve you homemade apple and banana nut muffins fresh-out-of-the-oven to your table! With made-from-scratch recipes and extremely generous portions, our large menu
of mouth-watering appetizers, sandwiches, salads, and dinner entrées is sure to please! We are famous for our Paul Bunyan Onion, Principal’s Pot Roast and Chicken Santa Fe, but few can resist our BBQ
